    Using Hoki

    Hoki is an iPhone app by Kakek Fengshui that gives feng shui guidance with AI. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. You must be at least 13 years old.

    AI answers are guidance, not advice

    Every answer and score in Hoki is written by AI from OpenAI, our AI provider, drawing on classical feng shui and Chinese tradition. It is one point of view for peace of mind, not a guaranteed prediction, and not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. AI can be wrong; use your own judgement, and ask a qualified professional before major decisions such as renovations, health or money matters.

    If an answer is wrong, offensive or harmful, please report it from the chat with the Report option on that answer. Reports come to us for review.

    Subscriptions

    Hoki is free to try with daily limits. Hoki Prois an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, sold through Apple's in-app purchase. The price is shown in the app before you buy.

    • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
    • The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
    • You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings (on iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the paid period ends.
    • If a free trial is offered, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
    • To get Pro back on a new phone, use Restore purchases in the app with the same Apple ID.
    • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

    Deleting your Hoki account does not cancel a subscription. Hoki Pro is also covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

    Your account

    Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it at any time in the app under Profile, Delete account.

  5. 05

    Acceptable use

    Please do not:

    • upload photos of other people without their permission, or any sexual, violent or illegal content;
    • use Hoki to harass anyone or to create content that harms others;
    • try to break, overload, copy or misuse the service, or get around its daily limits.

    Messages that ask for harmful content are not passed to the AI. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

  6. 06

    Your content

    The questions, photos and files you send stay yours. You let us process and store them only to run Hoki for you, as the privacy policy describes.

  7. 07

    Availability and changes

    Hoki is provided as is. Features, daily limits and these terms may change; we will post the new terms here, and continuing to use the app means you accept them. To the extent the law allows, Kakek Fengshui is not liable for decisions made based on Hoki's answers.
